Once you have an approved application, you will receive a Rental Contract via an email from DocuSign.  This is a simple online process that involved choosing a signature, reading the rental rules and clicking "SIGN".

Your reservation payment is due at least 45 days prior to your arrival and we will send you a reminder message approximately one week before it's due.  If your reservation falls in the next 45 days, your entire payment is due immediately.

Please note that until you have submitted your application, signed the contract and made an initial payment, the property is not fully secured for you.

By submitting this, I attest that the above information provided is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge and I understand that the information provided will be used to verify my application by DRH Vacation Rentals (or it's affiliate companies). 

I accept that an initial payment will be made to secure my booking and the deposit amount is scheduled to be returned within 14 days of my departure providing the property is left in an orderly manner with no damage, missing items, late check out, unauthorized pets or noise complaints during my stay.

I understand that once my application is accepted I will have to sign a rental contract via DocuSign.  

I understand that final reservation payment is due at least 45 days prior to arrival. 

I understand that our properties have a Strict (60 day) cancellation policy unless otherwise noted.

All applications are subject to DRH-V approval and/or date availability.  Prices are subject to change without notice until the rental contract is signed. 

I understand that until the initial payment is received and the rental acknowledged via a rental contract, a rental is not confirmed.
